Not a lot of difference betwen this and the original dressing, other than: only one body hackle. The original, I think calls for two hackles - one black and one claret. I omit the black.

What else can one say about the Claret Bumble? A true classic, and in my opinion, an out-and-out top dropper, with no business anywhere near the middle or tail! A super fly for those days when it's dark one minute, then sunny the next.
