A simple, skinny, Diawl Bach-stlye nymph tied with the new 'Ice Quill'. Simply run a single strand of semi-stripped peacock herl down the shank then rib with the 'Ice Quill'. Fishes equally well on the washing line or in a team of 'nymphs'.
Hook: Kamasan B170 or 175 sizes 10,12 or 14.
Tail: Ginger/brown cock hackle fibres
Rib: Blue/pearl 'Ice Quill'
Body: 1 strand of peacock herl with
most of the flue rubbed off.
Throat hackle: As tail.
Thread: Black UTC 70 den.
